It was only a matter of time before artistic effigies of Octomom would make their debut. The artist Daniel Edwards is known for his bizarre pop culture sculptures like his sculpture of Britney Spears giving birth to her son, a bronzed tribute to Suri Cruise’s first poop and an Oprah sarcophagus. Yeah, to say the pieces are merely ‘odd’ would be an understatement.
For his newest masterpiece, he used Octomom as his muse. In his Pepto-Bismol pink piece titled “String of Babies', holds a baby bottle upright,” Edwards created a bust of Nadya Suleman’s head with octopus tentacles reaching out to embrace the eight heads of her octuplets.
Would you want this piece of “art” in your house?
