1st Pictures of Pregnant Man's Baby

Posted by Cole Gamble

Here is Thomas beatie with his baby daughter  Susan Juliette,  who weighed 9 lbs., 5 oz., and was born on June 29 at 8:55 p.m

This photo comes courtesy of hollywoodgrind.com, from a blogger who is clearly not that stoked about this development. From that blog:

This baby will grow up believing biological fathers don’t matter in a child’s life. How would mothers feel if fathers said mothers don’t matter in a child’s life?

Both biological parents matter to children. In situations like this, where a person can choose to cut out the father because they can’t have a child with their same-sex partner, then they should opt not to have a child at all. I don’t believe sperm banks are a good idea for anyone to use, because the child never knows the father, and doesn’t even have the choice to know the father.

You know what? Who gives a rat's ass? Life goes on and it evolves. I can't wait until our children's children look back and say, "grandpa, why did anyone give a damn who was raising the baby as long as it was loved?"

And all I will be able to say is, "Well, sometimes it takes people a long time to grow up. Like generations."

Yes, biological fathers are SO IMPORTANT that all of us folks who are adopted are DOOMED to just have miserable, awful, bestial lives.

That explains my two amazing kids, fulfilling job, and incredible relationship with my parents, does it?

Can we just stop calling this 'a man who gave birth'?  She was born a female and has yet to remove the female parts... just because she walks around dressed and acting like a man does not mean a man gave birth to a child.  What they are is a lesbian couple where one carried the child.  Go fade into oblivion and stop trying to hype up the media over a non-story.

OMG, thank you Jessi!  I completely agree.  Just run along and do your transgendered thing and raise your baby, I seriously do NOT care, but it bugs me that she is still being called "a man who gave birth."  Biologically, women get pregnant and give birth, end of story.  Just because she feels like a man in her head and has done just about everything she can to make that a reality (except, I notice, give up what truly are her lady bits) does not actually make it a reality.

About Cole Gamble

Cole Gamble is a writer in the environs of Portland, Oregon where he has two children, one he calls “Jillian” and the other he simply refers to as “The Beef.” His revolutionary parenting technique is a three-pronged system consisting of A) wrestling children for fun and profit; B) convincing his daughter she is a robot; and C) resisting the urge to beat up other four-year-olds when they tease his kids. Propagation of aforementioned children was assisted by his wife, Nicole, who is gorgeous but ironically hates being photographed. His writing has appeared in print, on various Internets and been transmitted into the air through the magic of the radio. Currently he is working on an evil self-help book titled Improve Your Life Or Die.
