A Baby Might Make Naomi Campbell More Emotionally Stable

Posted by Jen Chaney

Now that you've done a spit take ...

Who knows if Naomi Campbell -- supermodel, cell phone thrower and woman most recently accused of assaulting two police officers after they removed her from an airplane -- actually said what I am about to share. But according to this item, she has been telling friends she desperately wants to become a mom and believes that taking that step would help her calm down.

Riii-iiight. Because having a child, as we all know, takes away layers of stress instead of adding new ones.

I mean, I know personally that nothing has made me calmer than dealing with a teething child who won't stop screaming. Or rushing to get to daycare before the joint closes and I start getting charged $1 per minute. Or fretting when my baby won't go to sleep at night and I can't figure out why.

Yes, that Naomi Campbell has motherhood all figured out. I just hope that if and when she does become a mom, she buys cellphones that are fully babyproofed in rubber.  Oh, and that she never flies with the kid. Ever.

Being a Mom isn't easy. Should she really start becoming one, this means she has to improve herself somehow. I really don't know Naomi nor do I keep tabs on her mishaps. Anyway, I guess if she wants to be a Mommy...then if quitting the modeling world will make her a better person then she can pursue that.

It's scary though if she does go to a plane with her baby.
