It's never too early to start arguing about how the baby will grow up. Public school or private? Jewish or Lutheran? But a Colorado couple was arrested for fighting about the most important issue of all.

Which gang should our 4-year old boy join?  

Mom, who is black, is a member of the Crips. Dad Joseph Manzanares, who is Hispanic, is a Westside Baller. The fight started when Manzanares stormed into his Baby Mama's workplace and threatened to kill her. Cops were called. 

Sergeant Joe Sandoval chalked it up to a disagreement about how child should  be raised. "Basically," he said, "they cannot agree on which gang the baby would 'claim,'"

Manzanares was sentenced to a year of probation. No word yet on which gang will get dibs on his son.
