Remember the Good Old Days When Parents Let Their Youngsters Eat Chocolate?

Cookie Monster. A pal to children everywhere. Here he is helping this sweet little baby make a huge mess. 

 

Today's HPs (Humorless Parents) would probably call child services on someone feeding this large a chunk of chocolate to such a young child.  Sigh.
