Olympian Marion Jones is one amazing athlete. I'm sure I"m not the only fan deeply disappointed by her recent admission of steroid use. Rumor has it that she also might be pregnant with her second child...

I love that I'm raising my daughters during a day and age when women athletes are commonplace, and sports an be a regular part of their growing up years.  The downside is that more female athletes will get caught up in the same pressures and competitiveness that their male counterparts have for years....  I look forward to finding another heroine for my girls to worship...
