Over on GeekDad, Mother's Day presents for "geeky mom" (guilty!) are being discussed.

While there are some great suggestions listed (a Leatherman Micra or a photo collage), I have some of my own ideas on what to get the geeky mother in your life.

• A tablet PC. I would love to lay in bed all day on Mother's Day browsing the web with this. Tap tap tap!
  
• Apple TV. Download to your computer + play on your TV = one happy mama.
• An Excuse Box. If only they worked on kids, too. 
• Tivoli Sirius table top radio. An elegant way to listen to satellite radio at home. Lovely design.
• Stainless cheese slicer for ultra-thin slices. Keep far, far away from any kids especially those that play "French Revolution." 
• Slingbox. Watch and control your home TV anywhere. Mama wants. (Can you tell I love TV?)
• And last but not least, five reasons why I need an iPhone. Natch.
