Pax Thien Jolie on His Way Home to U.S.

Pax Thien Jolie, 3, the latest addition to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's family is on his way home. People magazine is "introducing" the boy to the world with a cover story and photo spread. Some celebrity sites have pictures of Pax Thien and Maddox sleeping all snuggled up next to each other, which, while cute, makes one wonder why anyone needs to see that.

A private jet carrying Jolie, Pax, Maddox, and Zahara left Vietnam today. (Shiloh has been in New Orleans with her dad.) Jolie says she and the two children have been "gently bonding" with Pax. She is extremely sensitive to the fact that he is in new surroundings and learning a new language. "We are slowly beginning to build his trust and bond," Jolie says, "but it will feel complete only when we are all together."

No word on whether Jolie was paid for the interview or photos.

As much as I hate the fact that the Jolie-Pitt family is all over the place, I think they're going about it all in the right way.  They know there is intense interest in them and their doings, so they dole out photos and interviews just often enough that it maybe keeps the big dogs at bay.

It's like they are fully aware that there is a certain amount of crazy that comes with simply being them and they are developing strategies to deal with it.  Good for them, I say.

Yea its all good that they are adopting from countries that need parents to adopt and blah blah but the one I feel most sorry for is her BIOLOGICAL daughter. We never hear anything about her and she has even publicly stated that she doesnt "love" her as much as the others because she was born into her situation. I dont feel that, at all. I'm totally on the fence with Angelina Jolie at this point.

Why did she have to rename the little boy? I mean, he's three. So he's adjusting to a new language, new people, new culture, new food, etc., he's also got a new name. It smacks of rebranding which is fine for a cigarette company but weird for a person.
