My OB said that studies have shown that mother's dreams about babies' gender are frequently right. And everyone I know who has had such dreams (including me) has turned out to be right. I had lots of girl dreams for both pregnancies, and I have two girlies!

And women on a restricted calorie diet were more likely to have girls. Also, women who ate breakfast had boys more often. So perhaps that will prove true in your case. In either scenario, I bet he/she will be just as adorable and delightful as Archer!

When I was pregnant I wanted a little girl so bad. It took me awhile to get used to the idea of a boy. But I'm so happy I had a boy now and I don't miss the pink clothes and little bitty sweaters like I thought I would. It's just as much fun dressing him up! Now I think if I had another I'd want another boy, though the balance of testosterone to estrogen is already tipped against me.
