There's just nothing worse than a sick kid. Q just got over her fever -- Drew now has it. It's making me NUTs.

awww the other day my 3 yr. old was itchy and crying "help me." she doesn't even have eczema. i don't know what the deal was but she was really itchy. and all my scratching, bathing and applying of lotion could not help. it's heart breaking. how many times i've wished i could suck it out of her and into me like The Green Mile. i feel for ya.

oh no. that really sucks. I just went through the same thing with my son. he had a really bad cold/chest infection for over a week and I didn't sleep and got sick. the 104 fever really makes you nervous. their little bodies seem so fragile and there's only so much you can do to make them feel better. I hope he gets better soon.

aw, I hope he gets better soon. My son was born premature, and he was in and out of doctors offices and hospitals for his entire first year. it was pretty tough. You are absolutely right though, I really don't know how parents of terminally ill kids do it.
