Straight From the Bottle

Overheard at the Farmers Market

The following conversation took place at yesterday's Farmers Market, between two young children, kicking dirt at each other with Quesadillas in their hands:

Child #1: Stop kicking dirt! You're causing polution!

Child #2: Duh! You can't cause pollution by kicking dirt.

Child #3: What's pollution?

Child #2: You don't even know what pollution is?

Child #3: I'm in first grade! Give me a break, okay?

Child #2: So what. I've known about pollution since Kindergarten.

Here's looking at you, Gore.
