Surprise! We Don't Say Bye-Bye to Hillary

Voters in Ohio and Texas didn't want to kick Hillary out of the Democrat's sandbox just yet. As of late Tuesday night, it appears she won primaries in both states. (She won clearly in Rhode Island and lost resoundingly in Vermont.)

Political Nanny, and likely the Clinton campaign, are somewhat surprised with the two big wins. It's true, Political Nanny had Hillary's bag half-packed, ready to see her off in a quick and quiet goodbye. How could she forget -- Hillary does nothing, not even exits, quietly. We're glad to still have her around. (Political Nanny loves all the record-breaking voter turnouts this tightly contested race is motivating.)

We'll all be back for more fun times and strong words (the negative seems to have worked) with the Democrats. And John McCain is officially King of the Mountain for Republicans.

So many elections. So few answers. So terribly exciting.

It is exciting. And whatever happens, I think this is a good thing for the eventual nominee -- the candidate will be prepped for the fight against Grandpa McCain.

Not only will the candidates be prepped for the fight, voters -- who are turning out in record numbers, many first-timers -- will be prepped and motivated to go vote again. They're now registered. They've seen that it's relatively painless. And you get the fun sticker!

No more shameful low voter turnout!
