Anna Nicole Smith's Father Blames Howard Stern

Donald Hogan has been fairly quiet since losing the very public custody battle for his granddaughter Dannielynn, but now Anna Nicole Smith's father is speaking to E! News and he is blaming Howard K. Stern for his daughter's death.

Hogan says, "I blame him totally for her death... Nobody put a gun to her head, but somebody sure brought a lot of drugs home and, instead of bringing drugs to someone, even if she had a fit about it, I'd tell her to tell someone else to get it for you."

Hogan, who separated from Virgie Arthur, Smith's mother, when Anna was 9-months-old, has suggested that he may team with Arthur in a wrongful death suit against Stern.

Said Hogan, "I would urge Virgie also to think about this—this wrongful death. And personally, I don't care if we get a dime out of it. Not one dime."

Looking perfect in a gorgeous wintery backless gown, Jennifer shows off some more of her perfection in that perfect smile, with those perfect dancing eyes, and topping it off like a perfect sundae with those perfectly perfect dimples.

God, what a .... nope, can't do it.

This issue of Glamour features Jennifer and 12 other Women of the Year. I wonder who else made the list. I'm thinking Britney, Virgie Arthur and me.

Former bodyguard Mark Speer told the NY Daily News just what a despicable piece of crap Larry Birkhead really is.

On posing at Anna Nicole's dead son Daniel's grave:

"Larry and I went to Nassau for over a week in January of this year. One day he said he wanted to go to Daniel's grave, ostensibly to pay tribute to him on his birthday. But it turned out he had another idea. He said, 'We're going to meet two guys from Splash.'

"They had arranged to wait in some bushes at the cemetery. They took pictures of Larry pretending to be sad and emotional at the grave site. Only the Splash guys weren't quite satisfied, so they asked him to do it again, and for me to get out of the picture. We did three takes. That was the first sign to me that Larry was in it for the money."

On taking advantage of Anna Nicole:

Speer alleges that Birkhead led authorities to believe that Howard K. Stern "was wiring money from Anna's estate to offshore accounts and that he'd forged her signature." Birkhead also claimed he'd "watched Howard giving [Smith] drugs," Speer says.

On the custody of Dannielynn:

"I was with Larry when he went to meet Howard at the Horizon mansion [in the Bahamas]. It was a secret meeting, where he got to see Dannielynn. ... I heard Howard tell Larry that he'd give him custody of the baby if he [would allow] Stern to remain as executor of the estate. Larry said, 'I'll think about it.'

"At one point, the baby burped up some fluid on a blanket. Howard said, 'I bet you'd like to have that for DNA.'?"

Speer says he took a trip with Birkhead on a private jet belonging to a wealthy friend of Smith's. The friend's wife "pulled out a stack of photographs," Speer recalls. "They were pictures of Anna and the baby ... in a hospital bed with her son Daniel. Daniel appeared to be dead. [The friend] told me he was dead."

Between these allegations and the upcoming reality t.v. show, there's even more reason to get Dannielynn out of the hands of this money-grubbing, media-whoring douchebag.

Dannielynn Hope Smith Birkhead has just celebrated her first birthday and on the baby's coattails rides the biggest whore in television: E! Network. While they dangle hot cabana boys in front of daddy Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn is expected to spit up more bills than an urban ATM in the form of a reality T.V. show.

Yes folks, the unnamed show will be a project of the E! Network and will star the little princess and her queen papa.

Larry Birkhead Has No Sympathy for Deadbeat Granny

Virgie Arthur told reporters that she was "very saddened" for having not been invited to granddaughter Dannielynn's 1st birthday. Turns out she's crying a river that will only land her up shit's creek without a legal paddle.

It seems the weepy old coot is playing the victim for the cameras and Larry issued a statement saying that Virgie wasn't invited because she's dragging him through a nasty custody battle in the Bahamas. Furthermore, Granny missed her scheduled visitation and called a week later to ask if Dannielynn had any teeth yet, despite having been in the presence of the baby who sprouted 2 teeth recently.

"She had two teeth when she was sitting in front of her in the lawyer's office. A good grandmother would remember whether her granddaughter's got teeth or not. She'd also remember to call and come over for a visitation that she scheduled...She can't remember to call me for visitation, but she can remember to file papers in the courthouse about me."

Sounds like Granny needs to give it up. Imagine if she wins and forgets to feed the poor kid? Besides, Larry is going to need all the money he can save for Dannielynn's therapy one day.

The latest chapter of the sadly sordid Anna Nicole story arrives with a modern twist. In her new book, Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death, former MSNBC reporter Rita Cosby alleges that Birkhead and Stern were the real couple and Anna Nicole their drugged pawn. According to Cosby, the pair manipulated Anna, the media and the public to achieve their nefarious, money-grubbing ends. Ooh, harsh.

Some of the stuff Cosby comes up with doesn't quite add up, like that Anna chose Birkhead to impregnate her because she had an obsession with Marilyn Monroe and he was blond and blue-eyed. Like Anna really understood recessive genes.

It also sounds like the book also talks a lot about oral sex, which is always good for business. The night before it went on sale, the book was already charting on Amazon's Hot New Releases in the biographies and memoirs category, one place ahead of Dog The Bounty Hunter's You Can Run But You Can't Hide.

Getting back to the oral sex, Cosby reports that there is a video proving the sexual relationship between Stern and Birkhead. Well, something tells me there was a lot of "creative" sex going on in the house of that former stripper. A little mix and match coupling probably wasn't a deal breaker for her -- it might even have been a good thing.

But some of the other details, like how controlling Stern was, and how the drugs were flowing freely in that house, are self-evident. Do a gut check on the story (leave out the gay part, which, ick that anyone would do Stern, but otherwise who cares?) about how they made a pact to split custody and control of the money...that strikes a sinister note of truth. The legal team at OK Magazine seems to think so. They just severed ties with Birkhead, canceling a photo shoot that was part of a $1.7 million deal.

I'm sure we'll hear more, and God Save My Eyes, we'll probably see more. (Really, I don't want to see Stern that way with anyone, male or female. Ever.) The NY Daily News just came out with a second leak from the book, this time alleging that Anna blamed Stern for killing her son Daniel. Yes, this story is just getting warmed up.

Does anyone care about Dannielynn in all this? Are we about to experience the Federline Effect with Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole's harridan of a mother, where these guys are so bad that she winds up looking like the best choice? Oh, Happy First Birthday, poor, poor, rich girl Dannielynn.

Rumor has it that Larry Birkhead, baby-daddy of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn, is being followed by private investigators. Who's having him investigated? Why, the inimitable Virgie Arthur - estranged mother of the late Anna Nicole and all 'round pain in the ass - of course.

Larry, it must be said, is handling it well. Which is to say, laughing it off. "They can follow me to Chuck E. Cheese's and the toy store and the diaper store or wherever,” he said, insisting that he's not bothered.

He's handling it better than I would. Some tard coming after my baby, trying to prove me a bad parent, would feel the full force of my wrath. And it would be ugly. Which is why, I suppose, that it's a good thing that it's him that slept with Anna Nicole and took on all that baggage - and Virgie Arthur, I'd say, is nothing if not baggage - and not me.
