"Britney, You're Going To Die"

Apparently, Jamie Spears has been working the tough love hard with daughter Britney these days. Getting the conservatorship, for starters, but also, apparently, telling Miss Britney straight-out that she's "going to die" if she doesn't get her shit sorted out, pronto.

I gotta say, I've been sort of impressed with Britney's parents these past days. She was long overdue for someone to just ground her already, and her parents did exactly that. When your kid is becoming a hazard to herself, you gotta just do what you gotta do to put a stop to it. So, getting a conservatorship - which gives the elder Spears's the power to control and limit Britney's activities - was really the best thing that they could have done. And I'm all on board with scare tactics. When my toddler makes tracks towards the oven, I tell her that if she TOUCHES THAT it will BURN HER and it will HURT. Similarly, if I had an adult child who was careening towards disaster through drug use and bad management and poor relationship choices, I would certainly say tell her that if she continues to SLEEP WITH THAT CREEP and SUPPORT HIM FINANCIALLY and also SUPPORT THAT OTHER EXPLOITATIVE CREEP WHO'S BEEN SLIPPING HER DRUGS and continue to ABUSE STARBUCKS FRAPPUCCINOS then it will KILL HER and SHE WILL DIE.

Or something like that. 'Cause that's just good parenting.

Well, we all suspected it, didn't we?

Turns out that Britney has had a boob job - but that she undid that boob job when it didn't turn out quite how she expected.

Although she did have a breast enlargement in 1999, a source says that she immediately regretted it:

“[Britney] regretted the implants almost immediately, particularly because her chest was still growing.”

“And when her natural breasts became larger, she had the implants removed.”

“When other girls did their boobs [they admitted it] and moved on, but Britney was brought up to lie about herself.”

Whatever. Turns out that her boob size is the least of her concerns.

Mystery Court Hearing For Britney

There's some secret emergency court-wrangling going on about Britney Spears, waaaay behind closed doors.

According to Associated Press, the court commissioner who placed Britney Spears under conservatorship held a closed-door hearing on an unspecified emergency motion Thursday:

It happened a day after the troubled pop star was suddenly released from a psychiatric hospital and ended up being pursued through the city by paparazzi.

The motion was brought before Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz by the singer's father, James Spears, and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who is part of the conservatorship, court spokesman Allan Parachini said.

Parachini said that the motion was unopposed but that he could release no details.

"Everything about this matter is sealed," Parachini said after the hearing.

I wonder what's going on - more restraining orders? Are they tightening up the conservatorship, to keep Britney under closer control?

Britney's parents have released a statement saying that they believe that her release from hospital yesterday has put her life in grave danger.

Stating that she is an "adult child in the throes of a mental health crisis" whose "life is presently at risk," her parents said that they were dismayed to learn that their daughter had been discharged from the University of California-Los Angeles Medical Center Wednesday over the recommendation of her psychiatrist, according to CNN.

They said the hospital could "best care for her and keep her safe."

"We are deeply concerned about her safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk," the statement added.

"There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantly disregarded. We ask only that the court's orders be enforced so that a tragedy may be averted."

It's not clear what, exactly, they understand the threat to be, but after yesterday's paparazzi-clusterf*ck, in which hordes of slavering photogs swarmed Britney on her journey home from the hospital, it's possible that they fear some kind of accident. That, or the whole Sam Lutfi-druggy-kidnap thing, which is deeply alarming in itself. Or the whole Britney-mentally-unstable thing. Anything could happen. I really can't blame them for their fears.

Britney Spears has been released from the psych ward at UCLA! According to TMZ this is how it happened:

Britney did not pose the legal danger to herself or to others, such that they could continue to hold her against her will.

As a result, she was released today and we're told she's already back home.

The conservatorship is still in place. Sources connected with the case say they anticipated that UCLA would probably release her before the 14-day extension because she became cooperative and relatively stable.

We're told the goal with Brit's mom and dad was to establish the conservatorship while she was hospitalized so she would return home to a controlled environment rather than the chaos that consumed her life.

I'm thinking what you're thinking: WTF? I don't see anything good happening with Spears being released before the additional 14 day stay was up. Look out y'all, Brit's on the loose!

Oops she did it again? Did Britney Spears make a homemade sex tape? And if yes, is that sex tape in the hands of a thief?

Reportedly there was a break-in sometime on Friday at Britney's home. Her parents said that "several personal items" were taken - that they'd noticed missing items when they arrived to their daughter's house after she was admitted to UCLA Medical Center psych ward.

The "alleged" tape supposedly shows Spears having sex (not sure with whom) and also shows her taking drugs (not sure what type of drugs).

An insider was quoted: "This is the last thing Britney needs. She's on the edge. All her secrets could be revealed. Some of the things that may have been taken are dynamite. It doesn't bear thinking about . They could have anything - all her secrets could be out."

Geez haven't we seen Brit air out her dirty laundry in public already? Would a sex tape honestly be that thrilling? There were rumors last year that Spears and now ex husband Kevin Federline had "starred" in their own sex video but those reports were denied. Then, yet another sex tape allegation surfaced - this one featuring a bald-headed Britney performing certain "acts" with a man and 2 women and it was apparently leaked online. However, it's not been proven either way.

Spears went to the Millennium Dance Studio - to um, show off her breast/dance? Either way, there's some boobage flashed. It's fast, but the video slows down and replays, you know, so you get a second chance to be ill. She's also wearing those stupid, dirty, ratty, filled with holes fishnets - Brit, come on, splurge a bit girlfriend and buy some decent tights. Geez.

The night doesn't end there though! Like I said, I aim to please - not that I personally shot these videos but you get my drift. Britbrit, after doing a strenuous workout of sliding up and down a pole for 5 minutes, whipping down her bodysuit, doing a couple of twirls and then eating a bag of Cheetos (I'm guessing), wanted to look at/buy some porn. The poptart visited the Hustler Hollywood sex shop on Sunset Blvd. She walked around, giggled, let her little dog lick her mouth, giggled some more, sort of danced in the aisles, browsed the magazine section - a thrill a minute. I'm not a hundred percent sure if she actually purchased anything - we can just assume she did. Why can't she buy her porn items from the internet and get them shipped to her home wrapped in brown paper like the rest of us? Not that I do that. Just sayin'.

Today, Sam Lutfi - Britney's friend/manager/hanger-on/whatever called into The View and spoke with Barbara Walters and of course he only had good things to say about Brit. Well duh, he's on her payroll!

Sam said that Britney, he believes is suffering from some kind of "mental illness," and that it's "treatable," that she experiences mood swings and that she is seeing a psychiatrist (not sure I really believe that). He also said that Spears is in contact with her mother Lynne Spears, and that Lynne supports her daughter in all that she's going through.

Lutfi mentioned that Britney wasn't sleeping much, however, she is having a better time now getting rest. Barbara Walters said that according to Sam, Britster is not seeing her "boyfriend" anymore, who I'm assuming Sam meant Adnan.

Walters had asked Lutfi if she could talk about this conversation on the air, and he said yes.

See? Mostly good news reported to Barbara Walters from Sam Lutfi. Gotta be true right? Right!

Adnan Ghalib's Two Million Dollar Deal - Britney's Screwed

You know it's true love when your "boyfriend" is willing to cash in your private moments together. Britney's boyfriend Adnan is trying to sell intimate video's of her to the highest bidder.

Ghalib has apparently made six video diaries of Brit and he's only asking $ 2 million. Reportedly the clips show the poptart blubbering and crying and talking about her recent breakdown.

An insider has claimed to have seen a few of the videos and said, "It's like something out of a horror movie. Britney spends the whole time ranting, raving and weeping. It's not entertainment.

"Adnan is just determined to wring as much out of Britney as possible before their relationship burns out.

"But these videos are a step too far. They're sinister and disturbing and show Britney at her very lowest."

Clip one apparently shows the 26-year-old mother of two sitting on her bed wearing a nightie. She talks about herself in the third person and rambles about her childhood. She’s heard saying:

“When Britney was a child, she had to work really hard. When she was 13 years old, she won all the beauty pageants.”

The second clip shows the singer wrapped in a white bath towel, again perched on the edge of the bed. Talking to thin air, mumbling: “Britney has an angel looking out for her, don’t you, angel?”

And, according to Britain’s News of The World newspaper, clip 3 shows Britney talking to Adnan, who’s holding the camera, and calling him by his pet name Bubba.

She smiles: “I’m really happy. Bubba’s here for me now. It’s all good.”

Married Ghalib, 35, is still withholding clips 4 and 5, but clip 6, which was reportedly filmed last week, shows Britney crying hysterically after a night out.

With mascara running down her face, she wails: “Britney wants to live. I’m not crazy. I miss the kids and I did love Kevin.”

The source added: “Adnan’s sunk lower than ever. He’s proved himself to be a manipulative rat by making these tapes and he’s convinced they’re worth at least £1 million ($2m).”

Did Britney not realize Adnan was taping her? Was she that out of it that she didn't notice that fact? Or is she so blinded by this slimeball, that she thinks he was just making "home movies" for the couple to watch and reminisce later on? Honestly, how can anyone be that despicable? Sure we all watch the videos of Britney out in public - but they're just that, public. These were done in her most private moments and she's obviously sick, so how can Adnan take such advantage of her?

British Britney might be a thing of the past - she's now talking in a Spanish sounding accent (I say 'sounding' because, um, she's not very good at whatever accent she's trying to do) while out and about on the weekend. Oh, and yes, there's even video.

Her "boyfriend" Adnan was asked on ET the other night what the deal was with the fake British accent and his response to Brit doing that was, basically it's a normal thing to do. He compared someone talking in a fake accent to someone changing their black sunglasses to white sunglasses. I know what you're thinking: WHAT THE HELL? Makes no sense to me either.

Enjoy the video, and by enjoy, I mean you can't get those 70 seconds of your life back.

Outspoken Janice Dickinson wants to "slap her silly," any guesses as to who's face she'd like to smack?

Britney Spears! Dickinson spoke with Access Hollywood and told Tony Potts just what she thought of the whole situation concerning Brit, Lynne Spears and Dr. Phil.

Janice feels that Lynne should be held responsible. "My opinion on Britney Spears, is Mrs. [Lynne] Spears should be jailed. Britney's mom is responsible for all this stuff going on."

As for Brit herself, Janice said, "I'd slap her silly! I'd slap the living sh*t out of her!" Well now, that's pretty direct. Maybe she's on to something?

She continues, "I would beg Britney just to give it all up. I would say, 'You're rich enough! Give it up and try to focus on the two boys.' I seriously hope that Britney doesn't kill herself. I seriously hope that she doesn't damage herself."

Dickinson also had choice words for Dr. Phil: "I think Dr. Phil is pathetic. Pathetic sensationalism."

Janice, who admits to be a recovering alcoholic says, "I would just beg Britney to try to find a twelve-step program for her that works, because, like [with] myself, it can happen again and again until you finally find it. Thank God I found it."

Dickinson might be a bit on the wacky side, definately outspoken and bold but she does have some valid points. I doubt Britney, at this point, would ever take her advice.
