Oh Jon Gosselin, if you weren’t doing anything wrong, you wouldn’t need to defend yourself so.

While Kate and the kids play on their vacation, Jon hung out with mystery women and then defended his actions to People Magazine.

Man, I hope this isn’t a publicity stunt.

Jon told People magazine, “The two women with whom I’ve been photographed are family friends – Lauren Glassman and Lauren’s daughter, Hailey. Lauren’s husband, Dr. Larry Glassman, performed Kate’s tummy tuck surgery, and since the surgery we’ve become friendly with the Glassmans.”

So, why is Kate on a “working vacation” and Jon on a regular vacation? Do they share time off? She gets to go on a book tour and then he gets to hang out with his friends.

So many questions so few answers.

Mel Loses His Cool At Church

Is Mel Gibson losing his grip? Mel reportedly freaked out at Sunday services, berating the members of his church for supposedly spreading rumors and gossip about him and his pregnant wife Oksana Grigorieva.

He even threatened to shut the church down if people didn't stop gossiping about his baby mama.

“[His] holier than thou world is falling apart around him — all these years he’s been preaching the good holy word, and now that the wizard’s curtain has been pulled back, we find that Mel hasn’t been practicing what he preaches.”

“He paced back and forth, furiously telling the congregation that he would not stand by and be judged and scrutinized,” the source added.

“Mel got up on his stage — the altar — and went off. He tried to intimidate the parishioners by staring at everyone with his angry eyes. Mel even threatened to shut down the church if people kept gossiping about him.

“The bottom line is that if Mel hadn’t cheated on his wife and gotten his Russian girlfriend pregnant, there wouldn’t be much to gossip about — he created this mess, and now he’s trying to control it.

“He’s definitely feeling the heat for it.”

Sure, some rumors about Mel's erratic behavior in the last few weeks were probably exaggerated, but chastising members of his own weird church? It's really pretty hard to see how that could get taken too out of context.

The weird thing is that he really could shut the church down, because he bankrolls it. Is this not the most egomaniacal thing you've ever heard of?

Hopefully, this news is not true, because that's a terrible example for Mel's 7, soon to be 8, kids. Plus, it's a pretty awful way to start a new family with Oksana.

Jon Gosselin's Extramarital Bed On Ebay!?

Wow, yet another piece of celebrity parenting history might be up for grabs this week. The brother of reality TV star Jon Gosselin's mistress is reportedly selling his sister's infamous bed on eBay.

Earlier today, it was Nadya Suleman's parents' foreclosed 3 bedroom house. Now, bidders may get a shot at Deanna Hummel's queen mattress. Ewww.

After schoolteacher Deanna Hummel's brother went public about the alleged affair, she moved out, leaving the bed in her wake. Now, Deanna's opportunistic brother Jason says he's considering an auction to see how much a fan (perhaps in search of DNA evidence) will pay for the piece of trashy tabloid history.

“I want to put the bed on eBay,” Jason said this week. “I want to see how much some crazy fan will pay.”

The whole thing -- and I mean the situation, the brother, the breakup and of course the mattress -- is really pretty disgusting.

What's really in store for the Gosselin family circus, it's pretty hard to say. If the tabloids are to be believed, Jon is looking for his own apartment that will accommodate his kids and the TV crew. That should fit this season's theme on Jon & Kate Plus 8 -- mediation and almost certain divorce. Sad.

Duchovny And Leoni Renew Vows After Sex Rehab

Good news for the Duchovny-Leoni family, after a long separation and near certain divorce, it looks like Tea and David have decided to renew their wedding vows or something like that.

The couple's kiddos Madeline, 10, and Kyd, 6, are not going to have to deal with the emotional fallout of shared custody after all. Apparently, David went all out to rekindle the spark with his estranged wife:

“He dropped to one knee, asked Tea to marry him again and vowed, ‘This time we’ll get it right.’ “

After his admission to rehab for sex addiction -- a disease that I'm still a little clueless about -- it seemed pretty much certain that between the embarrassment and infidelity rumors,the marriage was doomed. So, this is pretty much a complete 180 for the family.

Congratulations are in order to Tea and David, for re-upping on the old wedding vows! Hope it works out the second time around.

Jon Gosselin Looking For An Apartment?

Word has it that Jon is out hunting for a bachelor pad with TLC producers. His criteria: room for the kids, space for the camera crew ... oh yeah, and no Kate.

From In Touch: “Producers have begun looking for apartments that are camera-crew friendly so that Jon can move out (whether he wants to or not),”

TLC might not be savviest of networks, but they know a cash cow when they see one -- and they're not turning loose until they've squeezed every bit of publicity and ratings out of Jon & Kate Plus 8 -- even though the marriage appears to be clearly over. Unfortunately for the "plus 8," according to the National Enquirer, the divorce is all but final between the couple of 10 years.

Now with their marriage in shambles, both Jon and Kate are scrambling to find divorce lawyers, according to a family insider.

“Jon said their goal is to be legally separated by July 15 because Kate wants to move on quickly,” the insider told The Enquirer.

“They haven’t yet said anything to the kids, but they have agreed to joint custody - and that’s about all they’ve agreed to.

“Jon is going to push for half of their money, but Kate is determined to hang on to as much as she can - and they’re worth more than you think…

There’s a small fortune at stake here - easily $10 million.”

Will it ruin the show if Jon and Kate no longer live in the same house? How's that going to work?

I could see some potential for interesting custody drama and ratings boosting fights between J&K.

We've heard the Angelina is pregnant rumor before. Then, we heard the Brad and Jen are back rumors. But today, we are seeing the wildest rumor yet. Angie is preggers, but it may not be Brad's...

For some inexplicable reason, once outrageous rumors begin to circulate around a power-couple they just seem to get worse and worse. Take Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes as an example. Anyway, somebody out there seems to be convinced that the Brangelina phenomenon is really on the way out.

Here's what a supposed friend of Angelina told celeb stalker Ian Halperlin:

“Ian, I promise you she’s pregnant,” the longtime Jolie friend said. “They’re being quiet about it for now.” The friend said there was a big dispute in the beginning because they were not sure who the father is. “They didn’t know,” the friend said. “Brad and Angie were apart and did not have sex in quite some time. Tests are being done. I hope Brad is the dad. If he isn’t I can assure you that their relationship is definitely over.”

If you are missing your weekly viewing of Gilles Marini, don't fret, he'll be back.

You might have to watch a new show if "Brothers & Sisters" isn't in your weekly line-up, but he'll be there. He might even be wearing bells.

He didn't give away any secrets about the show, but did say his appearance will be, "Oh, my God".

I don't know about you, but that usually happens on "Heroes" or "Lost" and sometimes, "Chuck".

Well I'm glad everything is working out for him. His family must be really, especially with their father/daughter surgeries coming up and the disappointment of him not being the #1 on "Dancing With The Stars". His new role will give him something to distract him and his family, since he felt like a horrible father after the show. His kids were devastated he didn't win.

That's okay kids, you're daddy has a lot more going for him than just his dance moves.

So exactly what is the status of Mel's relationship with Oksana? Boyfriend? Sugar daddy? Accidental baby daddy? Oksana Grigorieva's mom spills all the details about the couple's private life.

By day, Mel Gibson, 53, and Oksana Grigorieva, who is pregnant with Gibson's eighth child, are hard at work at their respective careers – Gibson tending to film projects at his Santa Monica office while Grigorieva keeps busy making music at her house in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

"[Oksana] spent the last nine months locked up in a studio," her mother Lyudmila Chernukha, a retired music teacher, tells PEOPLE of her daughter's collection of new songs – all of which Oksana, 39, wrote, arranged and sang herself.

Once work is over for the couple and the school bell has rung for Grigorieva's son, Alexander, 11, it's family time. It all seems pretty innocent and normal to me, though some people might get a little suspicious of this quote from one of Oksana's friends:

"She's found the greatest thing in life, someone to take care of her and a father to her children."

Now, I'm sure Oksana's aware that she's carrying the child of one of the wealthiest movie stars on the planet, but she doesn't really seem all that gold-diggerish to me.

Her first child was with actor Timothy Dalton, who you may remember as James Bond from License to Kill. Yeah, needless to say, the girl's already got some money of her own. Not Mel money... but she's not doing too bad either.

Sarah Jessica Parker is expecting twins daughters through a surrogate later this summer but she's ready now.

SJP reportedly spent a whopping $29,000 on their nursery. Holy crud, that's a lot of money to spend on babies who are going to, eat, poop and sleep for the next few months.

By the time the girls get old enough to really enjoy all the fancy schmancy stuff, it will be time to change the decor to match each personality.

What did she spend all the money on? $9,600 on a day bed, $10,500 on an armoire from Bonne Nuit, $7,900 on a double crib with Louis XIV bedding from Duetta Crib Mate and a $2,600 imported rocking chair.

I guess she can spend her money any way she wants too. I wonder though, what do these celebrities, who spend a zillion dollars on thier nurseries do with all this stuff when they are done. I know they aren't taking them to the local "New-to You" shop.

A-Rod should send Madonna a thank you card. In her estimation, not only did she help him deliver the death blow to his troubled marriage with that ordinary, non-celebrity woman with which he had two kids (Natasha, 4 and a half, and Ella 13 months), she helped him raise the caliber of women who he dates.

“[If Madonna] is displeased with her Brazilian stud, Madonna is more than happy that another recent ex, Alex Rodriguez, has moved on with actress Kate Hudson.

What's weird here is that I'm still having trouble buying this A-Rod-Kate Hudson thing. I just don't see the potential for any real long-term attraction. Sure, they're both on the rebound, and they've both got young kids, but the similarities kinda fizzle out after that.

I still think Kate's working this deal to get her son, 5 year-old Ryder, some free t-ball pointers from the 3-time American league MVP.

There's no doubt now - Mel Gibson's lover, Oksana Grigorieva is pregnant with his baby. It's the second child for Oksana - she has an 11-year-old son Alexander with ex Timothy Dalton - and child number eight for Gibson. His new nickname? Octo-Mel!

Jay Leno set the tone for the evening by saying there were a lot of rumors to clear up. He then asked Gibson about his split with Robyn, his wife of 28 years.

Gibson, 53, said he took the blame for the divorce. "My wife and I, our marriage ended three years ago and we've been separated ever since then," Gibson said. "These things happen. It's unfortunate, it's sad, but you know she is an admirable woman – we still got kids together. We're friends."

When Leno pressed Gibson by asking, "So what happened?" Gibson replied, "Look. When it's all said and done, I did a pretty good hatchet job on my marriage myself. I'm to blame. If you're inclined to judge, put it here."

Leno then joked with Gibson about his dating a younger woman. "What, is she 17, 18?" Leno asked. Gibson replied that Grigorieva was almost 40 and "now I am going to have two women mad at me!" Sarah Jessica Parker has a lot going on in her life right now and the last thing she should have to worry about, is the safety of her surrogate mother.

It's sad that she even has to concern herself with the thought of her surrogate mom being threatened by the media. Her computer and phone have been hacked into and SJP is outraged, as she should be.

Beef Solved: Jon And Kate Are Great (Video)

Let's face it, things have not been going so great for Jon and Kate Gosselin for the last few months. After a few months of infidelity rumors and tabloid speculation, the Gosselins are in desperate need of some mega-mediation. Thank goodness Jimmy Fallon and his mediation team Beef Solvers are one the case.

OK, this episode of Beef Sovers really just shows how things could be, if two grown adults could just be perfectly honest about their problems, stop sleeping around on each other, and remember all eight of their kids' names. Wouldn't the world be a better place?

While the two audience members playing Jon and Kate were good, the ones playing the eight Gosselin children were spot on. I really felt like each one had made an emotional connection with their character -- especially #7, he's going places.

No trashy tabloid affair is complete unless at least a few lavish gifts are exchanged, and it appears that Jon Gosselin's is no different.

This is so totally classic. According to alleged mistress Deanna Hummel's deadbeat brother Jason, Jon Gosselin not only took time away from his own wife and 8 kids to indulge in a fling with Hummel, but he managed to make some fairly hefty purchases for his lady on the side as well. From US Magazine:

One of the ways to his mistress’ heart? Expensive presents. “He gave her a Cole Haan bag,” Jason says of the $295 Pixie Straw Collection bag that Jon FedExed, with receipt (shown in US print edition), to the Hummels’ home. A store clerk confirms to US that Jon shopped at Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive store on March 25, while traveling with Kate. As for other gifts, Jason points to his sister’s new diamond watch. “She never could have afford the watch, and it’s not a style she would have picked out,” Jason says.

If Jon really did buy Deanna a bag while he was on Rodeo with Kate, it kinda lends some credence to the rumors that they have an open marriage. Still, it seems a lot more likely that Jon was simply cheating, and that Kate's in major denial.

Apparently, Deanna's brother called Jon a "moron" and "dumb." If all these allegations turn out to be true than I'm going to have to agree with him. In fact, I'm halfway expecting a leaked Jon and Deanna sex tape in the next week or so.

Jon Gosselin's Alleged Mistress Has An Alleged Sex Tape

And the plot thickens... Word is going around that Jon's schoolteacher mistress Deanna Hummel may have made a sex tape with a former boyfriend. And, that former boyfriend may have set up a website in order to sell it to the highest bidder.

Last time I check in on Jon, Kate and their ever-growing supporting cast, Kate had been accussed of cheating too, while Jon's infidelity had actually been confirmed by Hummel's brother. As if that wasn't saucy enough, now it looks like this whole debacle might have sunk to a new low: sex tapes.

There's really no telling how much truth there is to any of these allegations, but the Jon & Kate Plus 8 stars are certainly getting their good names dragged through the internet smut machine.

This is what the supposed ex-boyfriend has posted on his website (go here for the link), along with still from the tape:

"The Deanna I knew wasn't above cheating, even with married men, hence our eventual breakup. During our time together we made a secret amateur sex tape. It wasn't a hidden cam or anything, she was totally aware of the fact that I was taping. This has never been available to the public before. And it still isn't...yet! But I am shopping this tape and am currently in negotiations with sites like porn.com about selling it."

All I'm saying is, Deanna better get her cut of the proceeds, because her days as a schoolteacher may be numbered.

Mel Gibson has sure made a mess of things, hasn't he? His wife Robyn has filed for divorce and his children aren't happy with him either - he sat them down and told them his lover - Oksana Grigorieva, 39 - is pregnant. He also expects them to accept the new baby as their sibling.

Gibson, according to sources, sat his kids down and told them his girlfriend is about 3 months into her pregnancy. His two older boys - twins Edward and Christian, 26 - plan to hire an attorney to protect their trust funds.

An insider said, "In late April Mel gathered his children at the family home in Malibu and broke the news that Oksana is pregnant, and he expects them to accept the baby as a new sibling.

"They are quite upset. Even though Mel assured them the pregnancy was unplanned, they’re furious with him and say they’re going to take steps to protect their inheritance, which they feel is in jeopardy."

For a staunch Catholic, as he's known to be, Mel didn't seem to take his marriage vows and committment to Robyn seriously. I feel bad for his (soon-to-be-ex) wife and children, especially their 10-year-old son, who I'm sure is so confused by all that's happening.

Jon Gosselin of Jon & Kate Plus 8 is having an affair with the chick he was seen with the other night.

At least thats what Deanna Hummel's brother says. He says that the affair has been going on for 3 months and that Jon has been to the house quite a few times.

He even went on to say that, "A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um — how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let's just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who's, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast."

I think Kate knew about the affair the whole time and is more likely to be pissed that he got caught by the media. That's probably the reason she is so mean to him while on camera. He doesn't want to be in the relationship anymore and she knows it, which is why she takes her bitterness and anger out on him. Just something to think about.

Sean Penn Doesn't Want To Share The Wealth With Robin

Yesterday, Sean Penn announced that he's leaving Robin Wright Penn in his rearview, and today it comes out that he's not keen on supporting her after the divorce.

This might get ugly. After the completely unshocking announcement that Penn was filing for divorce, The Daily Mail is reporting that Sean has asked the court not to award Robin spousal support.

"The 48-year-old actor has filed for legal separation from Robin Wright, and asked a US court to waive spousal support.

If his request is granted, Penn would not be obliged to pay a yearly support allowance to his wife, who also has a lengthy film career of her own.

The court documents, filed in Marin County, near San Francisco, on Friday, cite ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split and request joint legal and physical custody of their 18-year-old daughter Dylan and 15-year-old son Hopper."

Obviously, Sean hopes to convince the court that Robin can fend for herself, which she can. Still, is Sean trying to stiff the mother of his children? She reportedly scaled back her career in a big way in order to take care of the family while Penn was off ~~screwing around~~ becoming one of Hollywood's biggest stars.

If the courts waive Robin Wright Penn's spousal support, she'll still Sean will most likely be paying child support -- though possibly only for Hopper. What do you think, is Sean being a total dick?

Joel Madden was recently stopped from getting on a British Airways flight by an employee and was not to be let on until he covered his tattoos. I can't believe he actually put a shirt on to cover up the tattoos instead of lashing out.

Actually I can, he seems like a nice guy who probably just wanted to get home to his baby girl and let it slide. It's a sign of maturity, right?

Turns out the employee was acting on his own volition when he barred Joel from boarding,or at least that's the word we're getting from British Airlines.The company has an "appropriately dressed" standard, which does not mention tattoos. And in this day and age, really who cares what someone is wearing when they get on the plane. As long as they get on, don't smell, don't talk to loud or step on your toes every time they get up to go to the restroom, they're good, right.

Joel took to Twitter and tweeted his annoyance and his embarrassment.

From his Twitter page, "its not in the rules that i can find.my tatts arent offensive.looking into it. i havent felt this small since the first time i asked nic out"

Mel Gibson Is Impervious To Bad Press

Mel Gibson stepped out with his new lady love Oksana last night. He took her to the Wolverine premier, of all places, strength in numbers and all that. That was definitely the place to be seen and heard for the couple.

He's definitely going to need some super hero spine of steel to deal with the rumors and gossip. Maybe he'll just call on some of his super hero friends to help.

According to Mel's rep, Mel has been single for three years, read - separated. I guess now that Robyn's made it official, by starting divorce proceedings, he sees no reason to keep Oksana in hiding.

Splitsville: Sean Penn And Robin Wright Penn Headed For Divorce

Though it comes with little surprise if you've been following the troubled couple over the last couple of years, this week they made it official: Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn have once again filed for "legal separation with minor children."

Bummer. The couple actually celebrated -- I'm not sure "celebrated" is the right word here -- their 13th wedding anniversary just yesterday. Today, they mark their second time to file for divorce in just two years.

Last time around, in 2007, Sean and Robin made the choice to stick it out for their kids Dylan Frances, 18, and Hopper Jack, 15. This time, I'm guessing that the separation will stick.

Does that mean there's any truth to the rumors that Sean has been caught making out with Natalie Portman and Lindsay Lohan?

Congratulations SJP and Matthew Broderick, I guess renewing your vows and all that time ogether over the winter was a good thing.
