Britney Spears is just full of surprises! We heard about her surgery secrets and she has another, and this one might help moms who are feeling tired!

From Showbiz Spy:

Britney Spears says her life’s different when she’s on tour — because she goes to bed earlier than she would do normally.

“I like going to bed early and getting up early,” the singer, 27, tells the UK’s More! magazine in a new interview. “I just think it’s a much better way to live my life, especially when I have my kids — I need to have a lot of energy because they just have so much energy themselves!”

Spears also revealed the secret to her incredibly toned body. “I used to be a workout freak,” she says, “but after I had my kids it was a lot harder for me to get back into that routine.

“I used to love going to the gym but then as you get older and you have more responsiblities you lose that kind of discipline. Even now I have a much harder time getting mentally psyched to train, but once I’m in the gym I start getting into it and I feel great.”

OK, going to bed early and so one can wake up early is more of a common sense thing than a secret. My bad. But it's great that Britney has lots of energy for her sons - according to reports, those boys are busy little bees!

If the performances on the UK leg of Britney's Circus tour are titillating, then the after parties are downright X-rated. Topless burlesque dancers, naked acrobats, and dancing dwarves are all reportedly part of the act.

Hold up ... isn't this the tour that Britney threatened to cancel if her kids couldn't come along?

That's right, back in February Britney was demanding that Sean Preston and Jayden James had to be on the bus with her. I'm guessing they're probably not invited to the after parties - all things considered, they probably shouldn't even be allowed at the shows.

So far, the Circus tour has been absolutely filled with weird, embarrassing mishaps for Britney, see here, here, and here.

Here's the big question, can nanny K-Fed keep himself away from the debauchery, or will he end up blowing the money Britney pays him to be the nanny on hiring a sitter so he can check out the dancing dwarves??? That's a tough call.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to spend thousands on your body after having kids? Britney Spears did just that! The 27-year-old pop star has reportedly spent a ton of cash to help get herself back in shape.

Brit's put a lot of hard work into her new trim figure, but she's also spent a lot of money.

A source said, "Britney looks fantastic, but it took hard work as well as surgeons’ skills to get there."

"Britney was obsessed with looking like a hottie again, and after two kids, she had to really push herself. But she did it - and it cost her $350,000!"

Spears also stuck to a strict diet and rigorous workouts. "She also works-out with a personal trainer at a cost of $6,000 a month," added the pal. "Britney cut out sugar, and ate fruit, fresh vegetables and baked chicken.

"Britney was doing more than a thousand stomach crunches a day before the boys were born. Her goal now is to beat that record, but she's thrilled with the way she looks."

After her boys were born, Britney reportedly had a mini tummy tuck at a cost of $4,500 and breast-lift surgery, which coost $8,000.

The insider added, "Her body looks hard and her stomach is flat, and she doesn't care how much it cost her to get there. She's proud of her body again."

What happens if she gets pregnant again? More surgery?

Britney Spears suffered a very public breakdown in 2008, but with the help of her father, Jamie Spears, has made a comeback - not only in her professional career but in her personal life as well. The 27-year-old pop star is looking forward to a bright future, with her sons by her side.

Spears tells UK's Hello! magazine:

"A lot of people thought maybe I wouldn't make it. People thought I was finished, didn't they?

"I guess for a while last year it looked that way. Nothing I can do about the past. But I'm hoping to prove them wrong now. And I have really put everything I have into this new show."

Despite her music success with her Circus tour and album, Brit is putting her kids - Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2 - first. She adds, "Number one priority for me? My kids. They come first. If they boys are okay, everything else falls into place."

What a difference a year can make!

Should Britney hire K-Fed as her Nanny? That would allow her to see more of her kids and solve his unemployment problem.

That's Madonna's advice to the troubled mother, and it looks like Britney is running with it. Apparently, Britney has hired Kevin to be the nanny for the bargain sum of $5,000 a week.

Hold on ... $5,000/week? For K-Fed to drink cocktails and hang out with his sons (Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2 ) all day? I'll take that job!

“Madonna told her, ‘Keep them close when you’re on the road. I have always taken my kids on the road with me. It’s a life they learn to accept, as long as they’re with their mom. You want to look back on those years and know they are with you. They’ll look back on these years too and they’ll be very glad to have those memories,” says an insider.

“It’s all about history. What we as mothers are doing is creating history with our kids that we can look back on,” Britney says in an interview with Hello Magazine this week. “When they’re adults I want my kids to say ‘Mom worked so hard, but she was always there for us,” she added.

Britney Spears has a best friend and I bet you can't guess who it is! I'll give you a hint: It's a "he" and they have a history together...

...if you guessed her ex-husband Kevin Federline, you'd be correct!

According to Spears' little sister, Jamie Lynn, the two are the very best of friends.

Kevin has remained close to Britney's mom and dad and that has helped their situation. Jamie Lynn said, "Kevin has been great. He and Britney have become best friends. She knows how much he cares about the boys and he knows the same is true of her."

Brit and Kevin married in 2004 and divorced in 2006. Federline was awarded full custody of their boys - Sean Preston and Jayden James - after Spears suffered a breakdown.

However, Britney has turned things around, thanks to her dad, and the boys are thriving - it's great they can put their differences aside and do what's best for their children!

Britney Spears, taking some time off after the completion of her US tour, enjoyed sun, sand and surf in the Bahamas with her family. Her dad Jamie and her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and her manager, Jason Trawick, were present for the good times.

Britney will begin the European leg of her Circus tour on June 3 in London, with eight shows. The 27-year-old pop princess has been given permission by ex-husband Kevin Federline - who has full custody of the boys - to take Preston and Jayden along.

Wedding bells are ringing! Britney Spears walked down the aisle on Saturday, May 23, in Amite, Louisiana...

...except she wasn't the bride. Oh, had you going, did I? Britney did walk down the aisle at a wedding, but she was a bridesmaid for her cousin Laura Lynne Covington.

From PEOPLE:

"When her brother walked her down the aisle, she looked stunningly calm and beautiful," says one wedding guest. "She was very pretty, low-key. She was not the center of everything, just pretty and calm and collected.”

The wedding took place at the First United Methodist Church, the same church where the funeral for Covington's mother Sandra, who died of ovarian cancer, took place in January 2007.

Later, at the wedding reception, the pop star hung out with her sister and fellow bridesmaid, Jamie Lynn, who toted baby Maddie, and "sat at a table off to the side and visited with local people she knew," says the guest.

"There was no fanfare," noted the guest. "With all the star power Britney and her family command, it was still the bride's day."

Hopefully Brit's boys were well-behaved at the festivities - not like the terror they reportedly caused at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino hotel last week. Those kids are a handful - cute as buttons no less - but definitely busy. I have three sons (and a daughter) myself, so I know the messes that boys can make!

And Britney wants another baby? She'd better hang up her Circus outfits if she wants to keep up with the sons she has and the future kids she may have.

Anyway, hope Brit had a great time visiting family and friends at the wedding and reception.

Britney Spears has definitely improved her parenting skills over the past several months, but like any other mom, some days it's really hard to wrangle your kids in! According to reports, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, caused several thousand dollars worth of damage at the hotel suite they were staying in with their mom and grandpa, Jamie Spears.

So, what did the celebrity tots do at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino (Britney's Circus tour made a stop in Uncasville, CT), in the $2000-a-night suite?

A hotel employee said, "The boys pulled down the silk drapes and broke an expensive vase in the living room. They also left crayon marks all over the walls."

The pool wasn't any safer, apparently. Adds the employee, "One of the boys messed in his pants while in the pool - leaving other swimmers horrified." Hey, when you gotta poop, you gotta poop - especially if you're a little kid. Sometimes things just happen.

Brit's father Jamie will soon be presented with a bill for $20,000.

Britney Spears has been enjoying sun and surf with her sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, in the Caribbean, along with her father Jamie, brother Bryan and Jason Trawick - who is reportedly more than the pop star's manager. Maybe he's the father of her baby? What baby, you ask? Well, according to sources, those previous pregnancy rumors are not rumors - she's expecting!

However, based on the recent photos, I wouldn't believe Britney is pregnant - unless she's in the very early stages - because she looks great! All that dancing and running around on stage for her Circus tour is paying off. She's also rumored to be spending over $9,000 a month on diet products and exercise, which why would you do that if you're pregnant?

Yes, so, back to the preggo gossip - a source said: "After Ryan Seacrest revealed live on air that a 'reliable source' had informed him that Britney Spears was expecting her third child, the singer was forced to deny that she's pregnant. Britney's spokesman, Adam Leber, insists that there is no truth to Seacrest's claims. Industry sources, however, are baffled by the denial as Ryan and Britney are thought to be close friends."

Maybe Ryan needed a ratings boost? I don't know - but I'm not believing Brit Brit is expecing - at least not yet. One day, maybe.

For now, Spears is having fun on her time off - she wrapped the North American leg of her tour and will be in Europe when the second part of her concert series kicks off on June 3 in London.

Britney recently Twittered, "Nothing better than a day at the beach with my family!" She and the boys have been building sand castles and feeding the dolphins.

Surprise, surprise, K-Fed needs more money!

Despite reports that K-Fed was getting back on his feet by resuming his career as a backup dancer and exploiting his huge gut, it looks like his spending habits are catching up to him with a vengeance. He's apparently rifled through the $2 million he got from selling the house, and the $500k he got out of the divorce.

“Kevin can’t afford the rent, his help, the food and the booze it takes to keep up the place,”

He's pretty much broke... and all because that Britney chick won't give him more money. I have sooo much pity for this dude.

Actually, Britney pays the deadbeat an estimated $40,000 a month, which he burns through by jet setting with his girlfriend and partying with his entourage. According to the Enquirer, K-Fed's monthly budget looks something like this: $7,500 for rent, $2,000 for food because sons Sean,3, and Jayden, 2, are picky eaters, $800 for liquor, $1,500 for utilities, $2,800 for the nanny, and $3,000 for the part-time bodyguards. And that's not even counting what he spends on weed!

If I were a judge, I sentence K-Fed to a mandatory 6 months of accounting class at the local community college. What an idiot!

Britney Spears has been a busy working mom for the past two months - she's currently on her Circus tour. Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline - who has custody of their sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2 - agreed to allow her to have the boys with her while she's away. Now comes more good news for the 27-year-old pop star...

Brit is set to embark on a European tour in June now that her US dates are almost complete and she'll be able to take Preston and Jayden with her!

Mark Vincent Kaplan, lawyer for Federline, spoke with OK! and said his client is "more than happy to help facilitate Britney being able to see the boys on the European leg of the tour."

Kaplan said despite K'Fed having custody of the boys, Brit should be allowed to mother her children. He said Britney "should not have to sacrifice visits with her boys while pursuing her career. Kevin has even been able to make sure that Britney can maintain the boys' regular schedule, even though she's on tour."

It's nice to see both Britney and Kevin acting like adults, being responsible parents and also getting along with each other despite no longer being married.

Those boys will flourish with the smart choices their parents are now making!

Britney Spears is hard at work, currently touring for her Circus album, but she's making sure she takes time out to spend quality time with her boys, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

Spears, who performed at the Mohegan Sun Casino on Saturday and Sunday evening, took her boys to the pool for some play time beforehand. According to an eye witness, the trio had a great time.

"[Sean] was running around the pool and jumping in off the sides. He was a great swimmer. Both kids had floatees on. Britney was playing with them in the pool."

Nice to see Brit engaged with her boys and enjoying her time with them.

Oh Britney, Britney, Britney. Bless her heart for wanting to resurrect her music career, but I think it's time for her to give it up and just focus on her boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. She's had a few embarrassing moments during her Circus concert tour, but I think this one tops the list. And this mishap definitely puts to rest the gossip that Spears is pregnant.

There were recent rumors - actually, more of a confirmation - that Spears is pregnant with her third child. However, a very embarrassing "wardrobe" malfunction during her Anaheim, California performance has left little doubt - the 27-year-old pop star is not expecting!

The video below shows Brit Brit getting her groove on and she obviously didn't secure a certain something in a certain region and it leaves us with - she's not pregnant.

Britney, it's time to hang up the fishnets and tassles and concentrate on being a mom.

In her own weird, kinda irrational way, Britney thought it might be nice if she invited K-Fed and his girlfriend Victoria Prince over for dinner... then she decided to bitch out Victoria for being too close to her sons.

Even though she doesn't have legal custody of her boys, Britney still wants to make her role clear: she's the mom and Victoria's just chopped liver. To help drive home her point, she decided to send the housekeeper home early and serve frozen pizza.

OK, I don't know what the frozen pizza signifies, if anything, I just thought it was a priceless little detail.

“Britney is still not happy that Victoria has been spending so much time with her sons,” a source told Heat.

“She thought it would be helpful to meet Victoria and get to know her a little.

“It was Britney’s idea to have the meal. She gave the housekeeper the night off, so it wasn’t a fancy meal - just frozen pizzas and some leftovers.

“The conversation was a bit rocky at times, and there were a few awkward silences. But afterwards Britney seemed more relaxed.”

The problem here is, of course, that Britney is kinda psycho -- and even declared unfit to appear in court. So that kinda means that what Victoria is doing is stepping in and making sure the boys have a female parental figure in their lives day to day. That's something that Brit's not really able to do at this point.

Still, I can understand why she's a little upset. Her situation has got to be pretty frustrating.

It seems like right now, Brit Brit should concentrate on keeping it together and not flashing her tampons string in public or anything else that might seem crazy or psychotic to a jury of her peers.

Britney's pregnant? But who's the daddy? Spears just start dating her 21-year-old backup dancer, named Chase, right? Or, wait, she recently became engaged to 40-something John Sundahl, the multi-millionaire land developer from Germany, right? No, hold on - she was caught in bed with ex-husband Kevin Federline... Maury, we need a paternity test, stat!

Now, we should probably take this with a grain of salt or probably a golf ball-sized nugget because as we all know, "sources," although claim to be reliable, are often not. I know - shocking!

Anyway, according to Ryan Seacrest - who revealed on his KIIS FM radio show - Britney has an elephant in her big-top, which is code for BRITNEY'S PREGNANT Y'ALL WHILE ON HER CIRCUS TOUR! This is from "a reliable source" of course.

Seriously, would Brit's daddy let her have sex? OK, that didn't come out right - what I mean is, her father Jamie controls everything - all aspects of Britney's life - I'm doubting anyone could get that close to her - you know, close enough to plant a seed in Brit's garden. But, maybe Britney has found a way to make her dream come true - she's said she's always wanted a little girl - maybe this time she's done it?

Britney & Boys In Danger? Woman Arrested On Spears' Property!

Talk about creepy - a woman, dressed in camouflage fatigues, wearing a backpack and carrying a video camera, was caught peeping inside the windows of Britney Spears' Calabasas home!

A woman by the name of Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, was caught trespassing, on Thursday morning, by Britney's private security and when asked to leave, she refused. She had to be physically escorted off Spears' property by Sheriffs, who arrived shortly after being called.

Tozier-Robbins was booked at the local police station, charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000, however, she was released on a citation. She is a resident of Inglewood, California and will have to appear in court on June 16.

The woman had left comments on Britney's official Website a few days ago - and although they don't seem out of the ordinary, I guess you never know just how nutty someone is!

Luckily, Britney and her sons were not at home, although she was in town for her Thursday evening Circus tour performance at L.A.'s Staples Center.

How scary - no way would I want to be a celebrity, particularly having to worry about some crazy person possibly trying to take my kids or do God knows what to them!

Most likely, this woman just wanted to take video or pictures of Britney, but you just never know how far someone will go to do that.

And interestingly enough, Tozier-Robbins tried out for season 5 of American Idol - and sang Britney's ballad Everytime during her audition.

K'Fed Takes Sean Preston & Jayden James

Britney Spears, who is currently on her Circus tour, wanted to be able to see her kids while she's away, so she and ex-husband Kevin Federline put an agreement in place. K'Fed would be paid $5,000 per week to tour with Britney - he'd watch the kids while she's working, and on her down time, she'd be with the boys. But, things have taken a turn...

Brit was recently spotted at nightclub Lotus, getting cozy with one of her 21-year-old backup dancers - Chase Benz - and that has upset Kevin. Not because he's jealous but instead of spending late nights out, Britney was supposed to be spending her free time with Sean Preston and Jayden James, not out getting her freak on.

A source said, "He didn't sign up to be the babysitter so she could party. The idea was to accommodate Britney's alleged desire to continue seeing the boys on her regular schedule."

Kevin, after finding out about her March 20 hookup with Chase, issued an ultimatum.

"He wants out of this arrangement and he'll go back into court to get it changed if he has to. They had a huge argument, with Kevin yelling at Britney that he's done and taking the boys home."

And he's reportedly done just that.

Britney Spears has been busy on her concert tour and with dad Jamie Spears pulling all the strings, she doesn't have much time to do things on her own. However, Brit has a plan... she wants to regain control of her life and has figured out a way to do just that. It involves an ex-boyfriend and a baby...

Brit plans to get preggo! She's still in love with ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib (who was recently ordered to stay away from Britney for a minimum of three years) and plans to have his baby. Not sure how she's going to pull that one off but where there's a will, there's a way (sometimes).

Britney had written a letter to Adnan but her father found it before she could send it. It read, "My dad can't keep us apart if I have a baby with you."

Jamie Spears was shocked when he found it, because it was written just days after the restraining order was put upon Ghalib. A source said, "When Britney's dad read the letter, he was dumbfounded. Britney wrote it days after Jamie got a restraining order banning Adnan and her former manager Sam Lutfi from being near Britney or contacting her."

However, the restraining order isn't stopping Brit from making her plan happen.

The insider revealed, "Britney is still trying to set up a secret rendezvous with Adnan sometime on her tour so she can get pregnant. Britney lets on that she's done with Adnan so her father doesn't get suspicious, but behind his back, she's secretly hoping her former lover can help her escape her father's control.

"In the letter, Britney told Adnan that having a baby would end her father's ban keeping them apart," added the pal. "She said her father would be forced to allow Adnan in her life since he'd be the father of her child."

Brit has reportedly asked Adnan to meet her at different stops along the tour so they get their plan in motion. However, she's not had any luck yet since her ex-husband Kevin Federline and her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, are also with her and it's hard to get away with her father watching and bodyguards keeping an eye on the 27-year-old pop star.

I think Britney is very emotionally immature and she does not need another baby! Nor does she need to have a baby just to get away from her father... not a good reason to get pregnant.

Britney Spears' Circus concert tour is underway and she was able to take her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, along during her time away. Ex-husband Kevin Federline is with them so he can care for the boys while Britney is working. However, the Spears camp has had to up their security because the young tots are the target of a kidnap plot and Brit has received death threats.

Britney is considering canceling the last part of her tour because of death threats she's received and a possible kidnapping plot against her young boys.

A source said, "Britney received some anonymous death threats over the phone and in the mail, and her worst fear is a kidnap plot against Sean or Jayden.

"She's been having terrible nightmares ever since then and she wakes up in the middle of the night crying out for her boys.

"She told her head of security and he thinks it's a lone stalker. Her paranoia has reached fever pitch and she's wracked with fear.

"Britney is under so much strain, what with relentless performing, the bad reviews and the worry over her boys. It all got too much and she screamed at her team, 'I can't do this any more, why are you all torturing me?' She ran out of the room crying."

See? Even just one call or email about my kids, and I'd be packed up and gone. I can't even imagine living the life of a celebrity, especially with kids and knowing there could be some whackjob nut out there wanting to do harm.

Britney Spears is a grown woman and a mother of two - yet she's often treated like a child. Perhaps it's because her ability to function as an adult has been stunted by her early mega-success as a teen or maybe it's because her father is now controlling almost every aspect of her life. According to sources, part of that control means Britney has to read the Bible each day.

Jamie Spears is doing whatever he can to keep his daugther on the straight and narrow. Top of his 'to-do list' is a Bible reading each day for Brit.

Father Spears also bans his daughter from eating junk food, Internet use, leaving the hotel unless she's accompanied by security or meeting her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, without him or her manager.

Spears became co-conservator of Britney's estate after her very public breakdown in 2007/2008 and that's permanently in place.

A source said, "Jamie is determined nothing can go wrong with Britney's comeback. He's making sure she reads the Bible for at least an hour during her quiet time before she goes on stage and has banned her from using the internet [sic].

"He is even monitoring what she eats by insisting on none of her beloved junk food on the rider. He's stopping her from leaving her hotel unless accompanied by a security guard and even though she gets on much better with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, she isn't allowed to speak to him without Jamie or her manager there."

Sure, we all know Britney can get into trouble when she's left to her own devices - her behavior cost her no longer having custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. However, on the other side of the coin, it's almost as if she's a prisoner (which she said on her MTV documentary special last year) and has no free will whatsoever. Perhaps she and her father should work out some sort of happy medium so Brit can have some independence (I mean really, the woman is 27) and her father can have some assurance that she'll make the right choices.

Losing custody of her kids was probably (let's hope) a big wake-up call! I think her father should loosen those puppet strings a little bit.

Britney Spears, with the help of her father Jamie, has once again regained her career status and is also enjoying time with her boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. All seems well on the surface, but according to reports, Brit is a "wreck."

Since the launch of her "Circus" tour, Britney has been feeling nervous about her performances and her people have had a team of relaxation therapists to help her and she's also been taking medication before going on stage.

"Britney was a wreck," dishes an insider. "She knew the world would judge her heavily on his performance. She was freaking out about the fact that she'd be miming and praying there'd be no technical glitches. She really had a moment of serious panic.

"For a while it was feared she might not be able to perform. It took reassurance from her manager, her dad Jamie, 56, and a relaxation therapist to get her on stage. The fact that she didn't fill the stadium hasn't helped. But although she wasn't totally back to her old form, her fans loved the show."

However, Britney has a plan. Even if her concerts aren't selling out, she's considering branching out into other areas - which may include a clothing line.

"She got the idea from Kevin launching a children's clothingn line. She already has her own perfumes, so this is the obvious next step. It's her insurance policy if her music career fails her."

Or, if her music career doesn't go anywhere this time, she could retire and go be a full-time mom to her little boys! I'm sure she's made enough money to live a comfortable life away from the public eye.

Britney Spears went through a very public breakdown during 2007 and 2008 - we saw her act out, shave her head, behave oddly and ultimately, she lost custody of her two sons. There's at least one celebrity who "understands" what Britney went through - and that's Jennifer Lopez.

JLo said she feels Britney's pain.

"I understood the pressure she was going through, having people depend on you." Lopez, who became a first-time mom last year after the birth of her twins, Max and Emme, with husband Marc Anthony, made the decision to stay out of the limelight.

She added, "It will destroy you." Jennifer laid low while her babies were very young. As they got a bit older, she'd make a few appearances, however, Lopez also had a good support system, is older and more mature than Brit.

If only Britney had of went to Louisiana with her babies during those important bonding months, maybe she could have handled things differently. As it was, the was surrounded by people who didn't have her best interests at heart, and that cost her.

But, she's slowly finding her way back and is becoming a more hands-on mom to Sean Preston and Jayden James.

She's also back into the swing of her career.
