Britney Gets The Boys, K'Fed Gets $5000 A Week

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline have finally come to an agreement concerning their sons - Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2 - while Spears is on tour. Brit reportedly threatened to cancel her spring concerts if she wasn't able to bring her boys along - and after some back and forth between their lawyers, an arrangement has been mapped out.

Britney Spears is set to kick off her "Circus" tour in March and although she may seem ready for this physically, emotionally, she's reportedly not quite there and maybe never will be. Britney Spears was apparently hoping for a reconciliation with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. He, however, is now dating volleyball star Victoria Prince, who seems to be very fond of Sean Preston and Jayden James. There are photos of Victoria playing a 'mom role' to Brit and Kevin's boys, and those pictures of the new woman in the boys' lives have broken Britney's heart.

Britney Spears: It's Permanent!

Britney Spears went through a rough couple of years, which, among other bad things happening, cost her custody of her two sons. However, her dad Jamie stepped in, and got her the help she needed and her life has been looking up. A conservatorship was established by the courts, with Jamie Spears in charge and now, that conservatorship has been made permanent.

Photos: Brit's Boys' Doctor Visit

Britney and Kevin's sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, were spotted at a Medical Clinic with grandpa, Jamie Spears (as well with a nanny and bodyguard) on Thursday. The boys looked in good spirits, so it doesn't appear that they were sick - maybe they were there for a regular check-up?
