Tia Carrere and her cute daughter Biana, rocking the tie-dye. Looks like Biana is got tired of shopping and had to hitch a ride with her dad, Simon Wakelin. I always thought of Tia as a metal girl, and Wayne would totally approve of her orange camo-T, like the one Bill Murray wore in Lost in Translation. I guess she's also open to the whole Grateful Dead hippie thing, too. That makes her daughter kinda Garth, but hey, he's very popular in his way.
