
Denise Richards wants her girls to love their bodies, so she is making herself their role model. The bar has been set high.
Her daughters, Sami, 3, and Lola, 2, have inspired her to maintain a healthy diet and workout routine, which includes Pilates and weights. She claims that the best exercise is chasing the two of them around.
Apparently, the two girls making fun of each other's belly caused her to promote the message of love your body. Of course, her body is easier to love than most.
She says the biggest challenge is trying to incorporate her girls into the exercise program, even to the extent of having her trainer design special Pilates sessions with them in mind.
I really thought I would write this post and make fun of Richards. Let's face it, the girl has a serious lack of talent and an over abundance of sex appeal. That makes her prime picking. However, she's a single mom and she's instilling positive and healthy messages in her kids. She gets a pass.
