Maybe it's just me wishfully thinking back to when ER was interesting, when Nurse Hathaway and the original Dr. McDreamy Doug Ross went eighteen relationship rounds, something like 20 years ago. In real life, George's birthday is May 6th, Julianna's is May June 8th. Not both Geminis. (Thanks reader Jim for catching my mistake and letting me know.) I still think they are MFEO. (That's "made for each other" for you non-Sleepless in Seattle fans.) You can't fake that kind of chemistry.
*Sigh. Probably Julianna's significant other, Keith Lieberthal, is the real daddy of the baby, due in the winter. But I can dream big on her behalf. It will be huge-er than the taming of Warren Beatty when George Clooney settles down.
