Mom is Harry's wife, ex-Victoria's Secret model Jill Goodacre, who is clearly the dominant gene holder in the family, fortunately for her girls.
Nothing against Harry, of course - he's no slouch in the looks department. But it's not just anyone who can pull off a massive forehead and aw-shucks buck teeth, and still be considered attractive - you've got to have charisma and talent to meet you where good looks dropped you off. And he does.
