Here we have King of Queens star Kevin James deftly demonstrating the reverse-I'm-Not-Fat-I'm-Pregnant pose. Unlike some stars, obviously posed to dispel any weight-gain rumors, James, seen here with his 9-month pregnant wife, Steffiana, appears to be using his hand-on-belly gesture to proudly say to the world, "There ain't no baby in here - only beer!"
As for the tongue, I believe he's demonstrating the universal gesture for, "I Think Chicks Dig Me."
James was asked in a previous interview what his plans were, now that the successful King of Queens was off the air and on to syndication. "I'm just looking forward to doing a little drinking and a little napping." Unbeknownst to James this would soon come to be known as the Lindsay Lohan Rehab Diet.
After this picture was taken witnesses say Steffiana grabbed by that tongue of his and dragged him to the car.
