
Recently Cate Blanchett spoke out against the perils of Hollywood creating unobtainable body images for young girls, and the parents that allow them to reach those goals via surgery. It upsets her, rightfully so, that parents would allow teenagers to have breast implants and other operations when their bodies are still evolving.
She admits to being relieved that she has sons and doesn't have to deal with the double standards set by celebrity body images.
Whatever happened to diet and exercise? Don't they teach that in school any longer, or is it all clips of The O.C.?
