I'm going to guess that these two are frowning because of their choice of clothing. The weather changed so drastically this week in California, that many of us weren't prepared for it.
Today it's 96 degrees and we're only an hour north of LA, so tights long sleeves and a turtle neck are probably not a good idea.
Yes, I know the pictures are from a couple of days ago, but still it was hot then too.
