Henry Ian Cusick (aka Desmond from LOST) is reportedly being sued for getting all inappropriate-like with a female crew member on the set of ABC's hit.
Desmond Henry and wife Annie got married in 2006, but the couple had lived together for 14 years prior, and they have three sons Elias, Lucas, and Esau. The Cusicks live on the island of Ohau, nice and close to where the show is based.
The alleged victim, Chelsea Stone, filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court after being fired from ABC after 10 years. Supposedly, she was fired shortly after reporting Cusick's unwanted advances. According to the legal documents:
“Such harassment included but not limited to the following conduct:
Cusick placed his hand on Plaintiff’s buttocks. Cusick then began to
caress the back of Plaintiffs body while making moaning sounds. Cusick
then placed his face on top of Plaintiff’s breasts, moving his face
from side to side.
“Cusick then squeezed Plaintiff’s breasts with his hands. Cusick
further kissed Plaintiff on the mouth. At all times during the sexual
harassment Plaintiff communicated to Cusick that his sexual advances
were unacceptable.”
Crazy, and Cusick really doesn't even seem like the touchy feely type at all. It's gotta be pretty weird to know that your father's being sued for sexual harassment. I feel sorry for the kids.
