Kimora Lee Simmons, pregnant with her first child with fiance Djimon Hounsou, was shopping at Bristol Farms in Hollywood on Monday and the CEO for Baby Phat designs had some balloons - and one that had "It's A Boy" stamped on it. Does this mean she's having a son?

I suppose she could be shopping for a pregnant friend or relative who may be having a boy - but wouldn't it be nice if she was having a boy? She's mom to two daughters, so maybe she'd love to have a son as well!
I'm sure her first priority is a healthy baby though!
Kimora Lee's girls are Aoki Lee and Ming Lee - with her ex-husband Russell Simmons.
