Hey nbow im 16 and i stand behind jamie foxx on everything he said. hey dont give him crap b/c he was man enough to finally say something  if i ever met her i would say the same things. and hey you cant say 'oh poor little 16 year old little girl'  if she wants to act like an adult and be all slutty than she better learn to take all the criticism  otherwise i say its fair game

What's so slutty about Miley? Seriously just because they may act like an adult it doesn't give license to an adult to make fun of a child. Plain and simple. It's bad behavior and immature.

i may not exactly like Miley...but for a grown man to go out there and criticize her like thattttttt...that's just pathetic. Dud's friggin ugly! Thank goodness his daughter looks more like her mother lol she was lucky =P. Anyways his comments were'nt even funny. Oh well, Foxx is going to have to take full responsibility for his actions because he can't just blame it on alcohol.

Why is it that comedy held to a higher level of scrutiny than anything else? It's been brought up countless times on Opie and Anthony. Every time a radio host or comedian goes too far, all hell breaks loose. A joke is a joke, and I don't believe anything should be frowned upon because someone either took it out of context or didn't agree, or didn't find it funny. You have every right to voice your opinion, but to come down on someone for something like this is ridiculous. He's an entertainer! If he entertained his audience, at the end of the day, he did his job.

I'd also like to address J Morgans statement of "What a racist!"

How exactly does his statement make him a racist? Why is race brought into everything?! From what I see here, written in this blog (because I haven't heard the exact statement in question in context), it shows nothing about racism! Which in turn shows the ludicrosity of your statement. I understand the comments about her being 16, and him having a younger daughter, but nothing about this is racist.

I also see a few of you said "if she wants to act like an adult". From my perspective, it's more like her just being in the public spotlight. If she's going to be famous, she's going to have to deal with people a. talking about her, both positively and negatively and b. poking fun at her. That's what people do. That's what people are PAID to do. Jamie Foxx's JOB is to not only do exactly this (get people riled up), but to entertain people, like I mentioned earlier in this post. He has done his job.

Im kinda on the fence aboutthis situation. What Jamie said was inappropriate to say, especilly with him having a daughter. But what should Miley expect, if she want to play grown,(dating a 20year old man) she should expect people to come at her like that. As far as the Radiohead thing or what ever, she needs to get over it. That's all Jamie Foxx was saying. Your 16 not 9, only children gets mad at something so dumb. The problem is the media and/or disney channel loves to portray her as an innocent little girl who can do no wrong. Get a life! And leave Jamie Foxx alone.

Everyone knows, even if they don't want to admit it, if the SAME thing had been said about Jamie's daughter by a white person, he would have screamed racism.  Jamie has said racist things before and he wouldn't say this about a black teenager who's in the spotlight.  Being a comedian doesn't give you the right to be an idiot.

I think the individuals on here screaming racism are ridiculous.  Let's be serious here.  He said nothing racist or even discriminatory.  What he said was definitely wrong and immature.  But racist, NO!  White people should really get over themselves.  I know it’s hard to face the fact that we will be blamed for racism for years to come, but let's point the finger carefully.  This is pure immaturity not racism.

A Black Comedians statement created this outrage when there is a hint of so called racism. Look at the statements made by a female White Comedian and Actress about the 16 year old on the late night show. Quote, "I would like to jump her" (sexually). Where was her Dad? As a parent my daughter would have been "off limits". You know she was put out there with very revealing photos. "Hello"

It all boils down to 'who's the so called adult here?' Right or wrong, Miley is a teenager, like ALL other teens who are trying to figure out just who they are.  Foxx is SUPPOSED to be an adult, entertainer or not, and his remarks about a child, show he's not much more than that himself.  Time for him to grow up if he wants THIS adult to support his film and music career.
