Caught on video were expecting parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden discussing an impromptu wedding! That shiz was going to happen and suddenly Efron's uncle, who, and I cannot stress this enough, is not David Arquette, ruined everything.
It's just as well, Harlow would have missed it and that would have been hard on everyone.
