After taking a few months of mommy leave to enjoy time with her new baby boy Archie, Amy Poeher is back at work, but not on SNL ... sniffle.
Her new show, Parks and Recreation, hits the small screen Thursday April 9th on NBC. Will it bring the funny? So far, critics can't seem to make up their minds on whether the spin-off from The Office (both share the same writers and producers) will become the instant classic that it should be. Some are hailing it as the next 30 Rock, while others are holding their noses.
As an old fan of Upright Citizens Brigade, I'm hoping new mother's return to TV will rock the rabbit ears, er, converter box.
