Tom Cruise is planning to sue someone, again. There's a company that plans on using his image to sell T-Shirts.
The T-shirts will use his image with the slogans "Sex Addict" and "Everything Turns Me On".
Tom isn't to happy about it. He has his big shot lawyer is claiming consumer fraud and false advertising and sternly warned the company against using Tommy boy's image. I guess they are worried that the company will photo shop the t-shirts on to Tom Cruise's image.
Which of course has the t-shirt company planning to make a shirt with Tom's picture, that says 'legal addict' on the front and "I sue everybody" on the back.
I'm sure he's just thinking of the kids and how the shirts would effect them, that's why he is threatening to sue. It's all for the kids!
