Gwyneth Paltrow is making a name for herself as more than an actress. She has her Goop and now she has, My Father's Daughter, her first cookbook.
She wanted to write a cookbook with the whole family in mind and the recipes are all about family togetherness. She says that her dad was, " A famous pancake maker and [I'm] working on [adapting his] recipe right now, I'm making mine slightly healthier."
To practice her gourmet skills, last year Gwyneth traveled through Spain with Mario Batali, tasting their way through the country. How I wish I could do that, it's a dream vacation for me.
She is passing on her dad's famous pancake recipe to her kids as well as the rest of us. Will you buy her cookbook and try it out?
