Secret Diary Of A Call Girl star Billie Piper, 26, gave birth to her first child 3 months ago - Winston James Fox - and the pretty actress admits she gained over 30 pounds with the pregnancy. So, how did she shed the weight in such a short time?
Billie, who is still breastfeeding, is just five pounds short of her pre-pregnancy weight.
A source said, "She's often so tired or busy looking after Winston that she just forgets to eat and can make do on dinner and fruit all day." But she knows losing weight by not eating properly is not a good way to do it, so she's back on track.
"Billie's eating really healthy and makes sure she only has healthy snacks if she gets hungry between meals."
Piper, who had to have an emergency Caesarean, is still unable to do any strenuous exercise, so she relies on postnatal yoga and Pilates three times a week to help get her figure toned.
"Billie does lots of gentle yoga and is starting to tone with reasonably heavy weights. It's really helped to reduce her stretchmarks. The ones she has are very faint."
The new mom also does gentle stomach "zip-ups" which are designed to knit stretched tummy mucles back together, as well as leg raisers and tummy toners.
Where do these brand new moms find time to do all of this working out?
