Lisa Marie Presley and husband Michael Lockwood welcomed twin girls - Finley and Harper - 3 months ago and now the 40-year-old celebrity mom is showing off her beautiful babies!

Lisa and the babies are featured in the new issue of PEOPLE.
Says Lisa of trying to conceive for two years:
"I really wanted these babies. My blood was too thick and would clot, which caused several miscarriages. The moment I took blood thinners, I got pregnant."
Presley says her family life with four kids is "chaotic bliss." She has two children from a previous marriage - daughter Riley, 19, and son Benjamin, 16.
Lisa on her pregnancy weight:
"I was unable to see my toes by the fourth month. But I only gained 30 lbs. total. I worked out up until the seventh month."
She looks great and her babies are beautiful!
