Lost star and object of many a woman's affections, Naveen Andrews has won sole custody of his 3-year-old son, Naveen Joshua. Previously, Naveen had joint custody with the boy's mother, Elena Eustache. But when she took Naveen Jr. out of the country without permission, Sayid took it to court. And won yesterday.
Naveen says that Elena also kept his son away from him. But he's not the only one making claims. Elena says that Naveen's girlfriend, Barbara Hershey - 21 years older than Naveen - practices witchcraft. On top of that, Barbara and Naveen allegedly poisoned the 3-year-old. Needless to say, Naveen's legal team has requested that Elena go see some shrinks. Geez, can we crank up the drama just a few more notches, please?
So for now, with another hearing next month, Naveen is the sole legal and physical custodian for his son. And naturally, that means he can take Naveen Joshua to Hawaii for the filming of "Lost."
