Emmy-winning analyst and basketball legend Charles Barkley was pulled over for running a stop sign in Scottsdale the other night. Turns out he had been drinking. Turns out there was a gun in the car (no charges on this account). Turns out there was woman in the car.
That's a lot of turning. It's like the hokey-pokey. Are you dizzy?
Here is where the oral sex part comes in (thanks for reading this far).
The woman in the car was apparently there to provide a service to Sir Charles. It was the anticipation of said service that caused him to run the stop sign. It happens.
According to TMZ: "He told me that he ran the stop sign because he was in a hurry to pick up the girl I saw get in the passenger seat. He asked me to admit that she was 'hot.' He asked me, 'You want the truth?' When I told him I did he said, 'I was gonna drive around the corner and get a blow job. He then explained that she had given him a 'blow job' one week earlier and said it was the best one he had ever had in his life."
For the record, the woman was not his wife.
This brings some questions to mind:
a) What will his wife think about this?
b) What will his daughter think about this?
c) What will the good people of Alabama, who have patiently been awaiting his campaign for Governor, think about this?
d) What will TNT think about this?
And finally, e) doesn't this kind of make him a role model to somebody?
Barkley has admitted he's a bit embarrassed- not spit on a kid embarrassed, but it's up there.
The sad commentary this provides on our society? That this sort of behavior from our public figures is so commonplace it hardly raises an eyebrow.
