With Jo Dee Messina expecting, there will likely be a lot of music surrounding the baby. Unlike a lot of mothers, though, she hasn't yet started exposing the baby to any music. You know, plenty of women think babies can hear music in the womb and they blare Iron Maiden while holding the speakers against their bellies, to introduce the child to culture and all that.
Jo Dee's husband, Chris Deffenbaugh, is "a big jazz guy," she says. "So at some point I'm sure the baby will be totally confused by the musical selections being toted around the house!" With country and jazz being played in the house, the kid is likely going to be a huge rap fan.
