Too Stinkin' Cute: Harlow Winter Madden

Harlow Winter Kate Richie-Madden - daughter of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden - was looking absolutely adorable while out with her dad and friend/business partner Tal Cooperman (he's part owner in the Madden brothers' clothing company DCMA Collective).  Harlow, 10 months, might be getting a sibling - or so the rumor goes!

I've always thought Harlow looked like Joel but I see Nicole in her now too.  She's really a cute kid!
