Caroline Rhea Welcomes a Daughter with the Longest Last Name in the World

Posted by Karl Erikson

It's a little Rhea of sunshine for Caroline Rhea and boyfriend Costaki Economopoulos. Ah, a nice Irish boy. I think he's making that name up. But no matter, what's important is that the couple have a brand new baby daughter. Little Ava Rhea Economopoulos was born Monday, coming it at 8 lbs, 15 oz and measuring 22-1/2 inches long. That's a big girl!

Caroline and Costaki said they wanted to minimize the damage of Ava's last name. "We wanted the shortest first name possible," Caroline says, "since her last name is the entire alphabet. It was either Ava or Emmy, because I've always wanted an Emmy."

She's still got it. Caroline, a comic actress known mostly for the wacky aunt on "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch," now stars in the Logo Network series, "Sordid Lives."

Congrats to Caroline and Costaki. Just please don't make me type that last name again.
