Lil' Wayne Welcomes Lil' Baby

Lil' Wayne welcomed a baby boy today in Ohio. He named his first son Dwayne Carter III (Lil' Wayne is the Jr. in case you didn't put that together).

Lil' Wayne has an 8-year-old daughter, Reginae Carter, from a previous relationship.

No information was given on the mother, but we're thinking it's her.
