Elle Magazine is holding their 15th annual Women in Hollywood tribute on Monday and there are quite a few of our Famecrawler favorites scheduled to receive awards. The gala is meant to honor eight of show business' most powerful women.
Nicole Kidman, 41, will receive an award at the VIP ceremony, presented by none other than legendary Shirley MacLaine. Some of the others being honored: Halle Berry, Sigourney Weaver, Anne Hathaway, and the director of "Twilight," Catherine Hardwicke.
Courteney Cox is presenting an award to beautiful Isla Fisher; Mia Maestro is giving an award to Salma Hayek, and Kerry Washington is presenting to another legend, Jane Fonda.
Congratulations, ladies. Well deserved, except maybe for Anne Hathaway. Listen, I love Anne - she's gorgeous and a talented actress. But hell, she's 25. I don't know that she's been around long enough to warrant this award. Give her another 5 or 10 years.
