Jamie Lynn Spears' fiance and baby daddy, Casey Aldridge are reportedly having some relationship issues - you know, because HE CHEATED. And now, it seems the couple are about to embark on a nasty, bitter, custody battle over their infant daughter, Maddie Briann.
Star mag is claiming that a heated courtroom brawl is about to begin between the teen parents for custody of their 2-month-old daugther. Jamie Lynn is, of course, upset about the cheating rumors and Casey is scared he might lose his meal ticket, er, baby girl. Jamie Lynn & Maddie have apparently already moved out.
A friend of Casey's told Star, "He's not a spiteful person," But apparently believes he's entitled to a portion of his fiance's fortune. "He plays to win. He doesn't really want full custody of Maddie, but he knows it might be his best weapon against Jamie Lynn."
Jamie Lynn won't give up custody of her baby without a fight, and may be about to talk to her own lawyers and have Casey's moola cut off and try to sell their home together in Liberty, Miss.
The source says, "She was giving him tens of thousands of dollars for electronics, video games and the truck that she bought him - in fact, he spent $8,000 last month alone on gas and sporting equipment."
That's a lot of dough! I'm guessing Casey wouldn't get custody of Maddie - Jamie Lynn has been her full-time provider and she's the one with the money and Casey's the one who doesn't have a job (or maybe he does - but seriously, what DOES he do?), and he's also the one who CHEATED (allegedly totally).
