...well their trainers are dishing to PEOPLE on how their clients get those sexy post-baby bods.

Jennifer Lopez - Mom to twins, Max and Emme, 5-months old, shed her baby weight fairly quickly, although she's still not happy with the way she looks. Her trainer Gunnar Peterson tells PEOPLE that his celebrity client does 35-minute runs with swimming and 50-minute bike rides - sometimes six days a week!

Melanie Brown - Her trainer Joey Kormier worked with Mel twice a week while she was preparing for her stint on Dancing with the Stars. They did twice-daily cardio sessions to get her in tip top dancing shape. Now Scary Spice, mom of two daughters, does daily, 60-minute video workouts.

Jaime Presley - The My Name is Earl star's trainer, Mike Jones works daily with the sexy mom of one. He says, "keeping her butt firm is definitely a focus!" Jaime trains for 2 hours daily.
Hmm, so not so much secrets as a lot of hard work - damn, thought there was an easy fix!
