Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren welcomed their baby girl Honor Marie just 2 weeks ago and yet looking at the recent photos of Jessica, you'd never know she was a brand new mommy!  How do these celebrity moms drop the baby weight so quickly?  Absolutely not fair!  Just what is their secret?

Jess was out grocery shopping on Saturday, looking fresh and sleek in her casual sundress and flipflops.  Now, we're going to be awaiting the first photos of Jessica's baby girl!

One thing I always wonder when I see new-mom celebs out in skimpy tops or no bra:  where do they put the nursing pads?  I couldn't leave the house without them for months.
