even though yuo had your baby really young people learn from there mistakes and i really dont think that having a baby is a mistake a baby is a blessing that people should be lucky to have so i am very happy for you jamie and i hope you will act like a better mom then your sister no offence and prove everybody else wrong by being a great mothere i have absolutely no doubts(you are going to be a great mother so be happy cause god blessed you with a gift and if he didnt think you were ready for it then he probably wouldnt have given it to you this is the best gift in the world to get so protect it with all of your life!

Baby's are not mistakes! God, or some higher power, wanted that child on Earth right now, so He put it here! Yes, sure she's young and made an unwise decision, but oh well! It is what it is! If this is what choice she made and He created, so be it!

The only mistakes here are the ones made by people who just shoot their mouths off without thinking it through.

I hope you show more compassion, or have compassion bestowed unto you when a simular situation arises in your own life.

Well if that is a picture of maddie which im not convinced that it is, that isn't Jamie lynn holding her. Notice the freckle on her neck above the collar of her t-shirt, Jamie lynn does not have one if you look at all her other pictures. And I do agree that baby looks older than Maddie. And babies are not mistakes that is the most rude thing you could ever say! Babies don't choose to be born so never tell a baby or a child they were a mistake. Just because somethings are unplanned doesn't mean they are mistakes. People have this preconcieved oppinion about teen mothers and how they will be bad mothers etc. Well you know what, yah sometimes there are bad teen mothers big woop sometimes there are crappy mothers in their 30's and 40's do you think that all 30 and 40 year olds are called bad mothers just because a few of them aren't good at raising a child? I didn't think so. It's pretty sad we have to sit here and judge other people for their life decisions. Jamie Lynn gets rude comments for keeping her child and I bet if she chose to terminate the pregnancy she would have gotten rude comments for that as well. She just can't win. So how about instead of judging other peoples decisions and take a step back and look at your own decisions I bet you can find a few flaws in yourself as well.

And as to your comment about children raising children what about when that happened all the time back in the old days? I think she is a very cute baby and Jamie will be a very good mother. She hasn't acted like her sister in her life so I don't know why she would start now and she probably isn't. She has more than likely learned from her sisters mistakes. Congrats!

Babies are NOT mistakes! Just because u have them at like age 16 does not mean u will be a bad parent! Personally I think Jamie Lynn will be a good parent, not like her sister. Jamie is not a slutt/whore etc. shes a normal teenage girl who just had a baby, if she was not famous, than people would be like yea whatever congrats on the baby, they would not be acting like they are with Jamie Lynn's baby. Everyone makes mistakes! Also i dont think that is a picture of her baby, it could but there is a chance that its not.
