Jessica Alba Flashes Her Big Baby Bump & Even Bigger Diamond!

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are now happy newlyweds and soon to be first time parents!  The celebrity couple were out on Sunday doing some shopping and Jess is sporting a pretty baby bump now but what really caught my eye was her huge ring

Photos after the jump and close up of ring!

The pair picked up a few things at Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills and I'm thinking Jessica wasn't in the mood to be photographed.  Hey, she's 23 months pregnant (or I'm sure she feels like that at this point).

Besides her huge diamond, I want her handbag and what she's drinking!
