Well, it turns out Serena Williams wasn't pregnant as I reported last year (okay, so I shouldn't have listened to my mom's neighbor's hairdresser.) But she did kick ass at the French Open, beating fellow American Ashley Harkleroad on Sunday, the first day of the tournament.
Harkleroad isn't hanging around licking her wounds, though - she's preparing for her debut in the August issue of Playboy. When Serena heard about Bible-studying Ashley's upcoming spread (no pun intended) she joked, "I'm surprised she beat me to it."
By the way, Ashley Harkleroad definitely is not pregnant. You heard it here first.
