Suri Cruise is always a well dressed little girl - but do Tom and Katie go overboard when shopping for their little princess?  It's been reported that the Cruise's spend between $350,000-$400,000 when clothes shopping for Suri.  I like my kids dressed nice too, but that's a bit ridiculous!  Perhaps Tom is a little embarrassed about that too - his lawyers have issued a cease and desist order to baby boutique Petit Tresor for revealing how much dough they spend there.

The store is accused of leaking false information and the lawyers want it known that Tom and Katie didn't really spend that much on Suri over the last two years.  The letter states that the store is, "not to say anything (whether true or false) about Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes' shopping habits," and that they have violated the Cruise's privacy.

TMZ's Andy Behrman asked a rep for Petit Tresor and got, "Are we allowed to comment?"  Oh zing!
