I don't like Madonna but for pete's sake it is just a nipple.  It boggles my mind that nipples on men are perfectly ok yet nipples on woman have the power to yield such a reaction.  Even more ridiculous is that all the flesh around the nipple is ok...but if that nipple is showing...oh how obscene!  Oh so low class! I don't know how many people may or may not have seen my nipples whilst I was breastfeeding in public.  Granted most of the time they would have to be staring pretty intently and at the exact right moment but there have certainly been times where there has been a lingering flash. Yet somehow the World still turned. All hail the lowly female nipple!  More amazing than it's potential to deliver milk out of a breast it can make headlines whenever it dares peek into the light of day. America, please get over your vexing relationship with woman's bodies.  It is a nipple and believe it or not, they are not an uncommon, nor shameful part of our human anatomy.

It is France; I lived there for years and people there don't care about showing a little nipple.  You see nipples in restaurants and night clubs (and on the street) frequently.  No. Big. Deal.
