I suppose it was inevitable - Tom even sent Katie to Scientology boot camp - but he couldn't change her mind.  What about Suri?  Will she be going with her mom?  Or staying with dad?

Katie is leaving for Broadway baby!  Although the deal isn't written in stone as it were, but it's pretty much a done deal that Holmes will star in the revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons as Ann Deever.

Talks began back in March and the producer, Eric Falkenstein, believes Katie is perfect for the part, telling OK!, "Katie is very well suited for the role of Ann.  There is an additional layer of soul to Ann and from the work I've seen of Katie, she has always impressed with multi-faceted characters.  She would nail it."

Eric has complete confidence in Katie, "I think Katie is a tremendous actor.  Whenever she decides to come to the stage she'll be terrific."

The play will open in October, with a preview done in September.  A public announcement will be made in the next few days.

I wonder how Tommy feels about this?  I'm sure he'll be totally supportive in public.
