Travis Barker settled the lawsuit he brought against a beverage company that stole his photo.  Terms of the settlement were not released.

Yahoo News reported:  A call to Rockstar Beverage Corp.'s attorney was not immediately returned Monday. Barker's lawyer, Gregory Weisman, said both parties were still working out terms. He declined to elaborate until the deal is completed. 

The Rockstar energy drink company published a photo on their website of the Travis Barker "holding a can of one of Rockstar's beverages, and identifying him and his endorsement by name" without his consent.

Gee if they could get away with that, Britney Spears ought to shoot a music video about Starbucks, Red Bull and First Response Pregnancy Tests.
